The watch has run absolutely fine as tested over a 12 hour period, and has gained about 10 mins in that time. The movement is running well, and has a light melodic tick. The crystal shows very little wear, even under magnification.MOVEMENT:This is a beautiful and pristine FULLY SIGNED quality GUBELIN 17 jewel hand winding movement.
The hands are antique style blued steel, and are in excellent condition also. The dial has black painted Arabic numerals, which are in excellent condition, and it has a nice black painted outer minute track which is also excellent. It is in very good condition, showing a very slight patina, and some light marks, with a more pronounced mark at 3 o'clock when viewed under high magnification. DIAL:This is a lovely satin silver FULLY SIGNED dial. The case has a solid silver necklace bale attached which is also in excellent order. The hinges are in excellent order showing no overuse. The case measures 1.5cms (15mm) in width, and 2.3cms (23mm) in length excluding the crown and bale. 900 silver hall marks and Swiss import marks stamped inside it as well. T is a small patch of missing enamel at the back of the case on the bottom edge, but apart from this, the case is in extraordinary condition for its age.
